About Us

Polymetallica Minerals Limited (“Polymetallica”) (formerly Uranium Australia Ltd) is a public minerals exploration and development company with projects in the Gascoyne Mineral Field (Western Australia) and in the Rum Jungle Mineral Field (Northern Territory) where it explores for uranium, gold, copper, zinc, cobalt, rare earths, and lithium. Uranium Australia Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Polymetallica) is responsible for uranium exploration and development within Polymetallica's projects.

More information about Polymetallica’s projects can be found here.

On 1 October 2009, Korab shareholders approved the in-specie distribution of the shares in Uranium Australia held by Korab Resources Ltd (Korab) to all Korab shareholders who held Korab shares on the record date at a rate of 1.37 Uranium Australia share for each Korab share held on the record date. As a consequence of this distribution, Korab Resources Ltd ceased to be the parent company of Uranium Australia. In 2011 Uranium Australia shareholders resolved to change the Company's name to Polymetallica Minerals Ltd (to better reflect the multi commodity potential of our exploration assets), and to transfer all uranium exploration responsibilities to our wholly owned subsidiary Uranium Australia Pty Ltd. In 2013 Polymetallica's shareholders approved consolidation of the capital of the Company on a basis that each seven shares is consolidated into one share (one-for-seven basis) with any resulting fractions of shares to be rounded up.
